Concord, MA (April 22, 2008) - A condominium real estate auction is planned in Concord next month for 25 units, starting at prices as much as 42 percent below previous asking prices.
Minimum prices for the units at Concord Commons, which previously sold up to $779,000, are from $290,000 to $500,000 for two-bedroom condos, ranging in size from 1,212 to 1,890 square feet; three-bedrooms, with a minimum auction price of $385,000, range in size from 1,469 to 2,223 square feet.
Accelerated Marketing Partners will conduct the May 10 auction for Burlington, Mass.-based Tambone Investment Group and The Boynton Co. of Concord, Mass.
"This is a great opportunity for buyers who have been waiting for reduced prices to purchase in a prime neighborhood," said Jon Gollinger, co-founder and East Coast CEO for Accelerated Marketing Partners, in a company statement. "The turbulence in the current real estate market has created an enormous opportunity for buyers to get amazing deals on real estate...These condos are priced well below any other properties on the market in the area."
Condos at the four-story garden-style development feature upscale kitchens with high-quality appliances, hardwood floors, private exterior balconies, and gas fireplaces. The West Concord complex's amenities include a community center and private parking.
Concord Commons is located on 95 Conant Street.
The auction will take place at 1 p.m. May 10 at the Westin Waltham-Boston, 70 Third Ave. in Waltham, Mass.
